You acknowledge and agree that when creating AI models of other individuals, you must have their express written consent to use their photos and to create, train, and generate AI-generated images of them.

By using Moreal AI to create an AI model, you confirm that:

• You are creating a model of yourself and are over 18 years old (or the legal age in your country) and are not a politically exposed person.
• If creating a model of another individual, you have obtained explicit written consent from them, confirm they are over 18 years old (or the legal age in their respective country, whichever is higher), and confirm they are not a politically exposed person.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purposes. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you shall not:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Generate content that impersonates real individuals without their explicit consent.
• Promote or distribute fraudulent, misleading, or harmful content.
• Use the Service to engage in activities that violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

Account Termination and Content Removal

Moreal AI reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Remove content that is deemed harmful, illegal, or in violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

• By using the Service, you grant Moreal AI a license to use, process, and improve AI models based on your content, as necessary to provide the Services.
